startup legal services Saudi Arabia, we are committed to providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to innovative startups like yours, ensuring that your business is built on a solid legal foundation.

Strategic Legal Support for Startups in Riyadh

​We recognize that the journey of an entrepreneur is filled with both rapid growth and complex regulatory landscapes. Our primary goal is to provide specialized legal support for startups in Riyadh, helping you navigate every challenge, protect your intellectual assets, and facilitate sustainable success. This letter outlines our mutual understanding and defines the professional scope of our collaboration, ensuring a transparent and highly effective relationship from day one.

​Activation & Commitment

​Your access to our startup legal packages in Saudi officially commences on the date you submit the registration form via our website. At Batic, we value flexibility; therefore, while you maintain the right to terminate this engagement, such termination is subject to the settlement of all outstanding fees for services rendered and any expenses advanced up to the termination date.

1. Scope of Work 

 Our legal support for startups in Riyadh covers all essential legal operations required for your business in the Kingdom. We handle the legal complexities, so you can focus on growth.

​Your package includes:

• ​Contracts: Drafting and reviewing all business agreements.
• ​Legal Correspondence: Managing all official legal communications.
• ​Representation: Professional legal representation for your startup’s activities.
• ​General Advisory: Strategic guidance on daily legal and regulatory matters.

​Exclusions: This Misk startup legal support does not include litigation (court cases), dispute representation, or legal matters related to fundraising rounds.

​2. Startup Legal Packages in Saudi

​Through our partnership with the Misk Foundation, Batic provides exclusive legal support for startups in Riyadh with the following structured packages:

​2.1 Misk Community: Members are entitled to 60 hours per year for a fee of SAR 60,000.

2.2 Misk Incubator/Accelerator: Members are entitled to 30 hours per year for a fee of SAR 30,000.

2.3 Billing: All packages are billed monthly. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is delayed for more than 2 months.

2.4 Value: These prices reflect a Misk startup legal support initiative and are significantly below Batic’s standard market value to support entrepreneurs.

2.5 Additional Services: Any tasks outside this scope are eligible for a special discount as part of our legal retainer for startups KSA commitment.

​3. General Provisions: Legal Retainer for Startups KSA

​To ensure the highest quality of legal support for startups in Riyadh, the following terms govern our professional partnership:

​3.1 Diligence: Batic provides high-level professional care and diligence in managing the defined scope of work.

3.2 Strategic Start: Our preliminary session prioritizes your legal needs to maximize the benefit of your package hours.

3.3 Confidentiality: All exchanged information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without legal authorization.

3.4 Misk Partnership: Batic may share non-specific data with the Misk Foundation to enhance the startup experience, without breaching confidentiality.

3.5 Trademark: Batic may use the startup’s trademark solely for record-keeping and documenting the work performed.

3.6 IP Rights: All intellectual property remains the property of its owners and requires written consent for any use outside the scope.

3.7 Defined Assets: “Intellectual property and confidential information” includes all data, images, studies, and protected materials.

3.8 Communication: The “Contact Officer” named in the form is responsible for this agreement. Any change must be notified within 5 working days to remain legally binding.

3.9 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, the competent court in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.

3.10 Amendments: All changes to this Misk startup legal support agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3.11 Termination: This contract ends upon completing one year or exhausting the allocated package hours.

3.12 Acknowledgment: The Startup confirms it has been fully informed and understands all terms of this agreement.

Please be assured that, in accordance with the relevant laws of Saudi Arabia, all communications and transactions between your startup and our law firm related to the Scope of Work will remain strictly confidential.
